Job summary

Benchmark Electronics Inc. in Rochester, MN seeks an SI Assembler III for inventory support. You will prepare products for systems level assembly, unpack, set up assembly, and move materials to production lines to maintain workflow.

This is a full-time, on-site role with emphasis on quality and adherence to process instructions. Responsibilities include verifying kits, labeling items, using required tooling, and entering data into system databases.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of SI experience.
• Able to perform repair or test and handle some heavy mechanical assembly.
• Demonstrate good component recognition skills.
• Understand basic computer skills and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Accesses paperwork and drawings for each job assignment.
• Verifies kits, enters batch lot information, and labels items.
• Uses mats and required tooling; checks equipment to ensure proper performance.
• Works with manufacturing routings and process instructions under supervision.
• May assemble various systems integration subassemblies.
• Enter data into PFS and link subassemblies to final unit.
