• High School Diploma or equivalent with 1+ years in SI assembly.
• Ability to read, interpret paperwork and drawings.
• Proficient with basic computer skills and data entry.
• Strong attention to detail and quality oriented.
• Effective interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Accesses paperwork and drawings for each job.
• Verifies kits, enters batch info, and labels items per docs.
• Uses appropriate mats and required tooling.
• Checks tools like torque wrenches and screwdrivers for proper performance.
• Follows routings and process instructions under supervision.
• Assembles system integration subassemblies.
• Notifies leadership of shutdowns.
• Enters data into PFS and links subassemblies to final unit.
• Enters quantities into Operations Complete (Baan).
• Ensures quality to meet customer satisfaction.
• Mentors less experienced operators.
• Builds subassemblies and labels per docs.
• Performs hand soldering and inspection per instructions.
• Performs F-cert to ensure final units pass all operations.
• Conducts final inspection for defects and cleanliness.
• Adds manuals and accessories per instructions.
• Assists engineering in prototyping and pre-production builds.
• Follows routings under moderate supervision.
• Mentors coworkers in assembly.
