Benchmark is seeking a manufacturing assembler to prepare products for system-level assembly, including unpacking, set-up, final packaging, and repair as needed. You will work on second shift in a safety-sensitive role with emphasis on accuracy and quality.

Responsibilities include using routings, documenting batch data, and ensuring all parts meet documented instructions while mentoring less experienced operators. Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills are required.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 1+ years in basic SI assembly.
• Good component recognition skills.
• Understanding of basic computer skills.
• Effective interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble subassemblies and perform systems integration.
• Verify kits and document batch lot information.
• Enter data into PFS and link subassemblies to final unit.
• Mentor co-workers and maintain quality.
