Job description

We are seeking a Systems Integration Analyst to understand various business functions in the healthcare system and manage data flow between systems. This is a core level role, part of a 12-person team, that involves analyzing, designing, and building data connections across clinical, financial, and administrative systems. Candidates should have knowledge of HL7 and preferably experience with Epic as the EHR and experience with Infor’s Cloverleaf Integration Engine preferred.

We seek someone with a deep understanding of message data workflows. The role involves creating design documents and developing efficient HL7 Cloverleaf data flow and Epic Bridges configuration. Responsibilities include planning and executing functional testing with downstream systems, complying with change control processes, and demonstrating attention to detail, collaboration, problem-solving skills, and strong customer service. This role also involves learning secure file transfer processes.

The person in this role will:

  • Align requirements with project scope, objectives, and strategies.
  • Demonstrate strong listening, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Collaborate with customers and teams to define interface requirements, map data, configure interfaces, create design documents, and conduct testing.
  • Manage and communicate technical timelines for design, build, and testing.
  • Learn and apply new technologies swiftly.
  • Adhere to change control processes.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • License/Certifications: Software certifications required. EPIC Bridges certification required. Cloverleaf Level 2 certification required.
  • Experience: Four years of healthcare experience required.
