Job summary

You will mentor engineers, manage programs, allocate resources, and interact with cross-functional teams while ensuring design to cost and schedule. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree and extensive systems engineering experience, plus an active US Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience leading a technical team.
• Active US Secret security clearance

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line systems engineering support to programs and lead a team of SEIT engineers.
• Design, develop and test radar, RF or sensor-based systems with cross-functional teams.
• Manage SE resources and budget to meet program needs and ensure on-time delivery.
