Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of systems engineers, fostering accountability and operational excellence.
Collaborate with Program Management, Chief System Engineer office, test, design, production, service, quality, and other program teams.
Define and execute systems engineering strategy, roadmap, and technical standards for scalability, reliability, and security.
Drive architecture and design reviews and technical decisions to align solutions with requirements, priorities, and regulations.
Lead efforts for creating and maintaining technical documentation per customer requirements.
Translate customer needs into requirements and competitive solutions maximizing R&S content.
Prepare regular reports on project progress, issues, and resolutions implemented.
Participate in technical interchange meetings with program teams (R&S and customers).
Work closely with product, Software and R&D engineering teams in Europe and North America.
