Job summary

Liberty Dental Plan is seeking a Manager, Systems Engineering to lead a team and drive lifecycle governance, requirements management, and enterprise infrastructure initiatives across the organization.

You will mentor engineers, define architectures, oversee verification, validation, and process improvements, partnering with business and technology teams to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Systems/Software/Computer Engineering or related).
• 6+ years of systems engineering or related discipline experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing people or teams.
• Proven track record leading technical teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong understanding of lifecycle methodologies and requirements management.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of systems engineers.
• Provide technical direction, coaching, and career development.
• Establish priorities, resource planning, and workload management.
