You will shape engineering processes, manage requirements, and collaborate with engineering and business teams to deliver scalable, well-governed technology solutions in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in systems engineering or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience managing people or teams.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong understanding of systems engineering principles and lifecycle methodologies.
• Experience with requirements management, verification, validation, systems integration, and risk management.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of systems engineers.
• Provide technical direction, coaching, and career development opportunities.
• Establish team priorities, resource planning, and workload management strategies.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and technical excellence.

• Oversee requirements development, analysis, allocation, and management.
• Partner with leadership to define enterprise architectures and technical solutions.
• Lead verification and validation planning and execution efforts.
• Drive engineering practices to improve reliability, security, performance, and quality.
• Collaborate with quality and testing teams to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
• Monitor verification activities and resolve issues; champion continuous improvement.
• Build partnerships across engineering, technology, and business teams.
• Promote innovation, ownership, and continuous professional growth.
