Job summary

RTX's Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities team in Marlborough, MA is seeking motivated Systems Engineers for internship/co-op assignments across hardware and software integration, test planning, and analysis. You will collaborate with engineers, participate in lab and field testing, and contribute to system-level debugging and verification across the product lifecycle.

The role is onsite in Marlborough, MA with travel up to 20% for test events.

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in a STEM major and enrolled through internship/co‑op.
• Minimum of 60 credit hours by start of internship/co‑op.
• Experience troubleshooting technical issues in academic or internship settings using common test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing test plans and procedures.
• Support hardware/software integration and debugging.
• Prepare and present results in reports and briefings to stakeholders.
