Job summary

RTX is seeking a Systems Engineer to join its Onsite team near Tewksbury, MA, supporting testing, integration, and verification across the product lifecycle. You will work with hardware and software, analyze data, and prepare performance evaluations. This entry-level role offers exposure to flight-testing and field deployments.

Candidates should have a STEM B.S. and hands-on troubleshooting experience with test instruments. Up to 20% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s of Science degree in a STEM field, required.
• Experience troubleshooting technical issues in academic or internship settings with common test equipment (oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, etc.).
• Familiarity with C/C++/C# and system integration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering activities related to testing and troubleshooting of hardware and software.
• Perform functional analysis of real-world and test data; conduct trade studies for advanced features.
• Assist in root-cause analysis and corrective actions using lab or field test equipment.
