Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer/Systems/Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline.
2-4 years of experience in systems engineering or related field.
Internships accepted as job experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain MPCS system validation plans aligned with program gateway milestones.
Define validation scope, test strategies, and acceptance criteria for new features and system releases.
Coordinate laboratory, HIL, endurance, integration, and field validation activities.
Support validation of software releases, firmware updates, network communications, HMI functionality, and control algorithms.
Track validation progress and ensure timely completion of test activities.
