Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a science/technical discipline; MS preferred.
• 7+ years of related experience; Thermal Systems strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO-9000/9001 and AS9100.
• Ability to research, develop, and integrate new technologies.
• Strong communication to influence stakeholders and present to top management.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal and customer design reviews; propose problem-solving methodologies for complex system design.
• Perform requirements elicitation, analysis, validation, and traceability.
• Present technical proposals to internal and customer groups; protect company IP.
• Conduct system analyses and tests; document results and actions.
• Mentor colleagues; advise management on technical matters.
