Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in testing, validation, or system evaluation for complex engineered products.
• Strong background in industrial controls, automation technologies, and instrumentation.
• Experience leading validation across multiple product development phases.
• Experience using lab equipment and diagnostic tools for testing.
• Knowledge of structured product validation practices and reliability assessment.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams in engineering, operations, and production.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of testing to verify product performance and system readiness.
• Develop testing documentation, evaluation procedures, and success metrics.
• Design, build, and improve automated test equipment and validation environments.
• Support validation hardware including control systems, sensors, and test automation.
• Create validation platforms that emulate real-world operation with diverse tech.
• Evaluate data, troubleshoot issues, and drive improvements in validation efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering to incorporate testing considerations in designs.
• Support manufacturing validation, production troubleshooting, and supplier qualification.
• Maintain thorough technical documentation and test records.
