Qualifications

• PhD with 1 year of relevant experience or higher.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance at time of application.
• Experience with system requirements and ICDs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as systems engineering focal point across program lifecycle.
• Own the system technical baseline; align CONOPS, requirements, design, and test.
• Coordinate cross-discipline teams to resolve issues and drive decisions.
• Capture mission threads and user workflows into requirements and design.
• Lead requirements development with customers and stakeholders.
• Develop integration strategies, V&V plans, and detailed test plans.
• Use modeling/simulation and MBSE artifacts to support design decisions.
• Identify technical risks and mitigation plans.
• Present approaches and results to leadership and customers.
• Support proposals and basis-of-estimate for new business.
