Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Systems in Aurora, CO is seeking a Systems Integration and Test Engineer (Level 3/4) to lead integration and testing efforts for software baselines in a DoD environment. The role requires SCI clearance, on-site work, and collaboration with software, systems engineering, and external partners.

The candidate will develop test plans, review requirements for testability, create formal test reports, and document procedures using Jira/Confluence. Some travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Active DoD SCI clearance required at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Integrate and regression-test new software baselines in operational environments.
• Maintain installation, integration, and test documentation in Confluence.
• Develop and execute comprehensive integration, regression, and system test plans and schedules.
• Review requirements for testability and translate customer needs into test solutions.
• Peer-review test procedures, ICDs, VDDs, GCRs, and related artifacts.
• Coordinate testing activities with software developers, systems engineers, and mission partners.
• Analyze test results and prepare formal test reports and evaluations.
• Prepare discrepancy/defect reports in JIRA and develop troubleshooting procedures.
