Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customer and stakeholders to understand mission needs and develop CONOPS.
• Capture and document user, functional, and technical requirements.
• Perform analysis and allocation of requirements to systems and segments.
• Provide project management support, create project plans, and support testing and integration.
• Develop and document governance processes.
• Coordinate and lead TEMS technical exchange meetings.
• Conduct AoAs, COAs, and Engineering Assessments.
• Develop technical and programmatic road maps.
• Support system integration with customers and mission partners.
• Document technical and programmatic plans and risk mitigations.
• Create briefings for Control Gates.
