Job summary
Lockheed Martin's Ground Missile Defense (GMD) team in Huntsville, AL, seeks a Test Engineer to plan and execute system-level integration tests for the GWS-GSS program. You will schedule tests, monitor progress, and adjust plans to reflect changing conditions while ensuring product quality and mission readiness.
Responsibilities include designing test criteria, developing test plans, and applying software testing standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in STEM with 9+ years of related experience, or Master's with 7 years, or PhD with 4 years.
- Design, develop, implement, and execute test plans and procedures for system-level integration testing.
- Experience in C++ development and Python scripting.
- Experience using Eggplant or GUI-based toolsets.
- Experience with Gitlab or Bitbucket.
- Current in-scope DoD Secret clearance required at time of application.
Responsibilities
- Support the GWS-GSS IPT, scheduling tests for execution.
- Monitor, measure, and report on test progress and results.
- Adapt the test plan based on evolving conditions and product quality status.
- Ensure alignment with system-level integration testing objectives.
