The Argus II team is looking for a Systems Engineering Lead who will be responsible for the Systems Engineering and Integration & Test (SEIT) team for the program. This individual will lead a group of engineers responsible for systems engineering and test tasks (including system design, documentation, requirements development, and full system testing/requirements verification). The person in this role will be expected to regularly engage with the Program Manager, Chief Engineer, and Software Lead to ensure seamless delivery of software products following an Agile development cadence. The person in this role will be expected to lead user training events, and design training material. The person in this role will be expected to engage directly with the USG customer.

Full-Time Salary Range: $145100.00 - $269500.00
