American Bank Montana is seeking a Systems Engineer to design, implement, and maintain the bank’s technology environment. You will oversee system lifecycle planning, infrastructure performance, security remediation, and disaster recovery readiness while providing advanced technical support across locations.

The role requires 4–6 years of hands-on IT infrastructure experience, a preferred IT-related bachelor's degree, and strong skills in M365, Windows OS, AD, networking, security, and MDM.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.

Responsabilidades

• Represent American Bank in a professional and courteous manner.
• Design, implement, and maintain server and network infrastructure.
• Provide Level 2 support for end users and emergencies.
• Monitor system performance, alerts, vulnerabilities, and perform remediation.
• Maintain system documentation, procedures, and technical resources.
