Red Arch Solutions is seeking a Systems Engineer in Annapolis Junction, Maryland. The role requires TS/SCI with Polygraph and experience as a Scrum Coach, including Scrum certification.

Responsibilities include developing system requirements, leading design/feasibility studies, and producing architecture and design documentation. Coordination with government and senior staff is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 12 years general system engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s in an engineering field or related discipline plus 7 years SE experience.
• Master’s in engineering or related discipline plus 5 years SE experience.
• PhD in engineering or related discipline plus 3 years SE experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes user requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
• Analyzes system requirements and leads design and development activities; guides users in formulating requirements, advises alternatives, and conducts feasibility studies; provides technical leadership for integration of requirements, design, and technology.
• Develops technical documentation; develops system architecture and system design documentation.
• Guides system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of SE management plans and system integration/test plans; interfaces with Government on SE considerations and issues.
• Ultimate responsibility for the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables in SE area.
• Communicates with program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives.

Basic Qualifications:

• A High School Diploma or GED plus twelve (12) years of general system engineering experience. OR A Bachelor’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus seven (7) years of systems engineering experience. OR A Master’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus five (5) years of systems engineering experience. OR A PhD in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus three (3) years of systems engineering experience.

Position Description:

• Ultimate responsibility for the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the Systems Engineering area of responsibility.
• Communicates with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives.

RequiredSKILLS:

• Scrum Coach-Scrum Certification
• Experience in Collaborating w/Product Owner in preparation for SAFe/agile ceremonies, including sprint reviews, Inspect and Adapt, and Program Increment (PI) planning events,
• Salary range for this position: $142,000 - 148,000 #CJ
