Qualifications

HS diploma or GED with 12+ years of general system engineering experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 7+ years SE experience.
Master’s degree in Engineering with 5+ years SE experience.
PhD in Engineering with 3+ years SE experience.

Responsibilities

Analyzes user requirements, CONOPs, and high-level architectures to develop system specifications.
Analyzes system requirements and leads design and development activities; guides requirements and feasibility studies.
Develops technical documentation including system architecture and design docs.
Guides planning through SE management and system integration/test plans; liaises with Government on SE issues.
Maintains technical integrity of SE deliverables and communication with program personnel and executives.
