Red Arch Solutions is seeking a Systems Engineer in Annapolis Junction, Maryland with active TS/SCI clearance. The candidate should have Scrum Coach experience and be prepared to collaborate with Product Owner on SAFe/agile ceremonies.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.
• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years SE exp or Master with 5+ years or PhD with 3+ years; alternate High School Diploma with 12 years SE exp.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes user requirements, concepts of operations, and high-level architectures to derive system requirements.
• Leads design and development activities; guides requirements and feasibility; integrates designs into operations.
• Develops system architecture and design documentation.
• Plans SE management and test plans; liaises with Government on SE considerations and issues.
• Maintains technical integrity of SE deliverables.
• Communicates with program staff, government overseers, and executives.
