Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 3+ years of engineering experience in vehicle/mobile equipment manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, control systems and mechanical integration.
• Experience reading electrical schematics, hydraulic diagrams, and engineering drawings.
• Familiarity with CAN Bus communication, control architectures, and diagnostics.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Define system requirements and architecture for aerial work platform products.
• Lead integration of electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and software components.
• Maintain system specifications, requirements, and design docs.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, suppliers, testing, and product management teams.
• Analyze system performance and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Support machine validation, testing, and verification activities.
• Participate in FMEA, risk assessments, and root cause investigations.
• Evaluate new technologies for future product development.
• Ensure compliance with standards, safety regulations, and customer requirements.
• Assist production teams with technical expertise on machine systems.
