Haulotte Bil-Jax is seeking a Systems Engineer to define, integrate, validate, and improve complex machine systems for aerial work platforms. The role spans electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and software domains within a manufacturing setting.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with vehicle or mobile equipment production and a strong grasp of systems engineering processes to drive the full product lifecycle from concept to production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Systems, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related discipline).
• 3+ years of engineering experience in vehicle/mobile equipment manufacturing environments.
• Understanding of systems engineering principles and product development processes.
• Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and control systems; mechanical integration.
• Experience reading electrical schematics, hydraulic diagrams, and engineering drawings.
• Familiarity with CAN Bus communications, control architectures, and diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Define system requirements and architecture for aerial platform products.
• Lead integration of electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and software components.
• Develop and maintain system specifications, functional requirements, and design documents.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, suppliers, testing, and product management teams.
