Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor of Science in Engineering.
• 5+ years of post-graduate engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Lean and Six Sigma improvement initiatives (RIE/Kaizen).
• Coordinate project teams, workshops and events to improve safety, quality, cost and schedule.
• Provide project status updates and mentorship to staff.
• Apply data-based decision making and statistical methods to problems.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive change and continuous improvement.
