Job summary

Henry Broch Foods is seeking a Systems Engineer Lead to oversee ERP implementation, maintenance, and integrations across the organization. You will configure systems, manage upgrades, and develop APIs and reporting tools while supporting users and training staff.

The role covers Linux-based environments, databases (MySQL, MS SQL Server), and internal software tools. On-site work in a food manufacturing setting is required with PPE provided.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in writing and troubleshooting SQL queries.
• Experience with MySQL, MS SQL Server, or other relational databases.
• Experience supporting ERP systems, APIs, middleware, or related business applications.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities.
• Strong communication, organization, follow-through, and documentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience with Python or Go is preferred.
• Familiarity with Common Lisp, Power BI, and AI-assisted coding tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create reports, data extracts, technical docs, user guides, training materials.
• Provide user training and ongoing technical support.
• Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and internal IT resources.
• Lead and mentor assigned technical resources.

Henry Broch Foods is seeking a Systems Engineer Lead to oversee the implementation, maintenance, integration, support, and optimization of the company’s ERP system and related applications. This role will partner with departments across the organization to understand business processes, configure systems, maintain integrations and internal software tools, and provide ongoing user support and training.

The position will also support databases, middleware, system reporting, Linux-based environments, and other technical solutions connected to the ERP system.

• Lead the implementation, maintenance, configuration, and optimization of the ERP system.

This is an on-site role within a food manufacturing and warehouse environment. Employees may be exposed to varying temperatures, humidity, noise, powders, allergens, and food ingredients. Appropriate PPE is required when entering designated production or warehouse areas.
