AeroVironment is seeking a highly motivated Systems Engineer to join our team on a ground‑based product line and related programs. The role collaborates with systems and design engineers across disciplines to achieve product and program goals.

Responsibilities include managing requirements, supporting reviews, and developing V&V plans. Candidates should have broad engineering experience and the ability to work with cross‑functional teams. ITAR/EAR considerations apply.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline or physics.
• 2-12 years' experience in systems engineering with requirements development/management and V&V.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, electrical, optical, software) to develop requirements/test plans and support test execution and data analysis.
• US citizenship required and ability to obtain/maintain a US DoD security clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Manage product/customer requirements in a requirements database.
• Coordinate with functional engineering leads to allocate requirements and derive lower-level requirements.
• Support internal product reviews and customer meetings in a systems engineering capacity.
• Develop plans for Verification and Validation (V&V) with leads.
• Support execution of system tests to close out V&V.
