Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking an Xcelerator Release Train Engineer - Level 4 to guide the Xcelerator Agile Release Train, align stakeholders, and ensure high-impact capability delivery. You will lead the Agile cadence and collaborate with PO, developers, and leadership to ensure value across the enterprise.

Responsibilities include PI planning readiness, SAFe coaching, risk/impediment management, and monitoring progress with metrics. Strong facilitation and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of RTE, Product Owner or Scrum Master experience.
• Experience working in JIRA.
• Ability to coach and mentor others.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution abilities.

Desired Skills

• Certified in SAFe a plus
• Experience leading complex IT Systems Integration efforts desired
• Business Process Reengineering experience desired
• Experience managing across organizational boundaries
• Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Systems, Manufacturing Engineering Systems (MES), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems
• Experience working with Siemens Xcelerator Platform a plus
• Experience working with other Siemens Manufacturing systems a plus
• Strong Project Management Skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate effectively to teams and individual contributors

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
