Job summary

• Champion technology insertions and automation opportunities that improve safety, quality, cost, and delivery within the value stream


• Drive factory layout, line balancing, and capacity planning to optimize flow, reduce span time, and support production ramp across the MARS footprint

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field, with 5 years of professional experience


• MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)


• Capable of leading improvement / optimization projects


• Experience with statistical analysis and data analytics


• Familiarity with SAP or a related manufacturing system

Desired Skills

• Prior lead / team-lead experience in a production environment


• Familiarity with machining, additive, and test operations


• Lean / Six Sigma certification or equivalent CI experience


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines


• Must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment


• Excellent verbal/written communications skills


• Experience with analytical tools (Tableau, PowerBI)

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
