Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a 3DExperience Release Train Engineer - Level 4 for the Digital Transformation team to guide the 3DX Agile Release Train and ensure delivery of enterprise-wide capabilities.

You will lead the Agile cadence, facilitate PI planning, coach leaders and teams on SAFe, Agile, Lean and Scrum, and manage risks and dependencies with a focus on data-driven continuous improvement. U.S. citizen required for site access.

Qualifications

• Experience in Agile/SAFe environments.
• Proven experience working as a Scrum Master.
• Experience working in JIRA.
• Ability to coach and mentor others.
• SAFe certification is a plus.
• Experience as Release Train Engineer or Product Owner is a plus.
• Experience leading IT systems integration efforts is a plus.
• Strong communication across teams and stakeholders.

Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems, and information technology related responsibilities including design, development, and analysis of computer systems or programs based on and related to user or system design specifications; applying systems analysis techniques and procedures, including consulting with users to determine hardware, software, or system functional specifications. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications. For positions that do not perform IT responsibilities, use E146, Systems Engineer.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience working in Agile/SAFe environment
• Proven experience working as a Scrum Master
• Experience working in JIRA

• Strong Program Management Skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate effectively to teams and individual contributors

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
