Nissan is seeking a Systems Engineer Intern for its Canton, MS site. The 12-week full-time program offers hands-on experience in software development, systems integration, automation, and modern technologies supporting manufacturing and operations.

You will collaborate with experienced engineers, develop software, design databases, and participate in the full SDLC. Applicants must be enrolled in CS/IS/CE/SE or related fields and be prepared to work onsite in Canton, MS.

Competenze

• Must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in CS, IS, CE, SE, or related tech field.
• Junior or Senior year at start of upcoming term.
• Basic to intermediate experience with .NET (C#, VB) and SQL databases.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell.
• Understanding of OOP, software design principles, and SDLC.
• Basic knowledge of database design, data analysis, and systems integration concepts.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Exposure to SDLC, testing methodologies, and troubleshooting preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools and AI/automation is a plus.
• GPA 3.0+; transcript may be required.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to design, develop, and deploy new technology solutions and proof-of-concept projects.
• Develop software applications using multiple programming languages to support manufacturing and facility operations.
• Design, build, and maintain databases supporting system integrations and operational processes.
