Job summary

Metrc is seeking a Systems Engineer to design, build, and maintain integrations across Salesforce, NetSuite, and other systems. You will help create data-based solutions, automate workflows, and ensure uptime of internal IT infrastructure in a fast-growing technology company.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in systems, integrations, or business applications roles.
• Strong experience working with APIs (REST, webhooks, JSON).
• Experience with integration platforms or ETL tools such as Tray.io, Workato, MuleSoft, etc.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL or related query languages.
• Experience with scripting and/or programming languages (PowerShell, Python, JS).
• Advanced troubleshooting and administration of Windows-based applications and server roles.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain integrations between Salesforce, NetSuite, and other systems using APIs and integration platforms.
• Define and manage data flows, transformations, visualizations, and synchronization across systems.
• Implement error handling, monitoring, and retry logic to ensure reliability.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and identify root causes.
• Build automations to streamline processes and workflows in the business.
• Assist in the implementation and management of applications used internally.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors or support as required.
• Translate business requests into actionable technical solutions.
