Qualifications

• 3+ years in systems, integrations, or business applications roles.
• Strong experience with APIs (REST, webhooks, JSON).
• Experience with Tray.io, Workato, MuleSoft, or similar.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and data querying.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, JS).
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Nice-to-have: Azure/AWS, NetSuite, data platforms like Snowflake.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain integrations between Salesforce, NetSuite, and other systems.
• Define data flows, transformations, visualizations, and sync across systems.
• Implement error handling, monitoring, and retry logic.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and identify root causes.
• Build automations to streamline processes.
• Monitor internal IT infrastructure and applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into solutions.
