Job summary

ICC Evaluation Service, LLC is seeking a Systems Engineer to operate and maintain hardware, software, and related infrastructure. The role includes daily health monitoring, issue diagnosis, upgrades, and supporting end users onsite as needed.

The candidate will manage AD, backups, patching, and monitoring, with 3-5 years of systems administration experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent. Office 365, Hyper-V, SAN/NAS exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field or related area.
• 3-5 years’ experience in systems administration required.

Responsibilities

• Manages, maintains, and monitors infrastructure services.
• Maintains installation, configuration, and disaster recovery procedures related to systems.
• Deploys patches and updates for software and operating systems.
• Configures, maintains, and monitors company-wide backup solutions and backup storage infrastructure.
• Provides Tier 2 support for desktops and production software.
• Creates, changes and removes AD users, mailboxes and other resources as requested.
• Configures, internal network and system monitoring solutions to identify and resolve infrastructure issues.
• Coordinates assigned infrastructure projects, maintaining project status and scheduling reports.
