Psi CRO seeks a knowledgeable Systems Engineer to join our global yet closely-knit Systems Development team. You will support and implement a variety of systems across web, ERP, BPM, document management, and AI initiatives, collaborating with colleagues worldwide.

The role emphasizes technical excellence, customer-focused service, and proactive problem-solving within a dynamic, project-driven environment. Based in Almaty or Kazakhstan, on-site work is required.

Qualifications

• University or college degree in Computer Science/IT.
• Solid technical background with enterprise system experience.
• Experience supporting business applications or software platforms.
• Experience creating SQL queries.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Analytical mindset and customer-focused attitude.
• Nice-to-have: systems analysis experience; Jira Service Desk/Confluence; experience in systems development and validation; testing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2/3 support for off-the-shelf software.
• Install Tier 3/4 information systems and train users.
• Install and support specialized systems and monitor updates.
• Assess new software and recommend migrations.
• Update CFR 21 Part 11 validation status.
• Study client IT equipment and train users.
• Conduct regular audits for PSI standards compliance.

We looking for a knowledgeable, proactive, and self-motivated Systems Engineer to join our global yet closely-knit Systems Development team. Our in-house projects include but are not limited to web and desktop apps, ERP system, BPM system, document management system, AI initiatives and more.

Задачи

• Provide support of off-the shelf software packages (Tier 2 and Tier 3)
• Perform installation of Tier 3 and certain Tier 4 information systems and conduct user training
• Perform installation and support of specialized systems (e.g. special warehouse systems) Monitor company’s software updates and new software releases and recommend migration to these versions if necessary
• Follow release of new software which can potentially interest the company, and recommend their purchase
• Update validation status of CFR 21 Part 11 applicable to information systems
• Study project-specific IT equipment provided by company’s clients, conduct required user training and provide further equipment support
• Conduct regular technical audits in the company’s departments, to check compliance with PSI standards regarding usage of specialized equipment and Tier 3-4
