Job summary

Modsen ищет опытного системного аналитика для разработки требований и архитектуры крупного проекта. Вы будете отвечать за сбор и документирование требований, проектирование интеграций и взаимодействие с командами разработки и заказчиками. Требуется опыт работы с REST API, Kafka/RabbitMQ и SQL/NoSQL.

Ключевые задачи включают руководство аналитической командой, обучение сотрудников и развитие процессов анализа. Работа в международной компании.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Устанавливать и совершенствовать практики системного анализа, включая постановку требований и документацию проекта.
• Собирать, анализировать и согласовывать бизнес- и системные требования с клиентами.
• Разрабатывать архитектурные решения совместно с командами разработки и архитекторами.
• Проектировать интеграции между информационными системами и определять контракты взаимодействий.
• Оценивать влияние изменений на существующие системы и процессы.
• Готовить аналитические и управленческие отчеты для руководства.
• Руководить командой аналитиков, развивать их компетенции и организовывать процессы анализа.
• Проводить интервью, обучение персонала и оценку эффективности работы.

• Establish and continuously improve system analysis practices, including guidelines, standards, and approaches for preparing requirements and project documentation
• Gather, analyze, document, and align business and system requirements with internal and external clients
• Design architectural solutions with development teams and architects
• Design integrations between information systems and define service interaction contracts
• Assess the impact of changes on existing systems and processes
• Prepare analytical and management reports for company leadership
• Manage a team of system analysts, develop their competencies, advise on complex project issues, and organize and improve system analysis processes
• Contribute to team growth by conducting interviews, onboarding new employees, organizing training, mentoring, and conducting performance reviews

Требования

• 7+ Years of experience as a System Analyst
• Practical experience in software development or a deep understanding of software development processes
• Experience designing information system architectures
• Strong experience with integrations and designing interactions between systems
• Experience with REST API, gRPC, and SOAP
• Experience independently designing and documenting APIs using OpenAPI/Swagger
• Experience with Kafka and/or RabbitMQ message brokers
• Understanding of Event-Driven Architecture principles
• Excellent SQL skills and experience with relational and NoSQL databases
• Proficiency in UML, BPMN, ERD, and other modeling tools
• Understanding of service-oriented and microservice architectures
• Experience interacting with clients and driving requirements throughout the entire development lifecycle
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher
• Будет плюсом: experience managing a team of system analysts, hiring, onboarding, mentoring, conducting performance reviews, establishing system analysis processes within a company, working with BI tools (Superset, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, and similar tools), and working with high-load or distributed systems
