Job summary
Akina, Inc. is seeking a qualified Systems Engineer (SE-3) to develop system requirements, lead design and integration efforts, and produce essential technical documentation for DoD programs. The role requires TS/SCI with polygraph clearance and will work on Fort Meade, Maryland.
The position emphasizes technical leadership, requirements management, and collaboration with government stakeholders to ensure system integrity and successful delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience collaborating with Product Owner for SAFe/agile ceremonies.
- Ability to participate in sprint reviews, Inspect and Adapt, and PI planning.
Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements, develop system requirements specifications.
- Lead design and development activities.
- Provide technical leadership for integration of requirements, design, and technology.
- Develop technical documentation and system architecture/design documentation.
- Guide planning for system engineering management and test plans.
- Interact with Government on technical considerations and issues.
- Ensure technical integrity of work and deliverables in Systems Engineering.
- Guide users in formulating requirements, propose alternatives, conduct feasibility studies.
- Incorporate new plans and designs into ongoing operations.
