Job summary

Captivation Software is seeking a mid level systems engineer in Annapolis Junction, MD to assist with daily responsibilities on mission-critical programs.

You must hold a Top Secret/SCI clearance with a favorable polygraph and be a U.S. citizen. The role requires extensive SE experience and a relevant degree; substitution options apply. You will collaborate with customers, manage sprint-like planning with DevOps teams, and help deliver robust solutions.

Qualifications

• Must currently hold a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable Polygraph.
• Fourteen (14) years experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university.
• Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
• Experience using Confluence and JIRA; requirements gathering and documentation.
• Ability to engage with customer and developer regarding requirements and priorities.
