Job summary

Open to candidates with a bachelor’s in engineering and 2+ years’ experience; higher degrees may substitute. The role requires hybrid work and occasional travel, with a starting salary range and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field.
• 2+ years of systems engineering experience.
• Higher degree may substitute for experience.
• Proficiency with modeling and simulation tools.
• Knowledge of requirements management, systems design and V&V.
• Experience in multi-disciplinary design teams.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Perform intermediate tasks in requirements engineering, systems integration, V&V, and MBSE.
• Conduct system and decision analysis, technical planning, and risk management with minimal supervision.
• Lead smaller project tasks and support larger project components.
• Apply knowledge in architecture/design development, technical monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Communicate and collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Develop solutions and support organizational objectives.
