Job summary

Security Clearance is required. You will mentor teams, drive architecture and lifecycle management, and collaborate across disciplines to meet schedule and budget objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical or related field.
• 10+ years in systems engineering or related field.
• Higher degree may substitute for experience.
• Expert proficiency with systems modeling and simulation tools.
• Knowledge of MBSE and requirements management.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit expert-level skills in requirements engineering, systems integration, V&V, and MBSE.
• Oversee and lead complex system and decision analysis, technical planning, and risk management activities.
• Manage major project deliverables and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Leverage deep knowledge in architecture/design development, technical monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Provide strong leadership and effective communication.
• Mentor and guide team members.
