Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS/MIS/CE or related field with relevant experience.
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience or the equivalent.
• Experience administering enterprise Linux deployments and familiarity with Windows/MacOS.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing technical assistance to faculty, staff, and students.
• Resolve account, application, file, network, and other issues promptly.
• Maintain and upgrade existing infrastructure and enterprise services.
