Job summary

The Department of Administration's OTIS is seeking a Systems Engineer II to provide enterprise level management of Shared Services Endpoint and MDM systems. You will lead Entra ID/Intune multi-tenant administration and serve in a third-tier support role for workstation and MDM issues.

The role is onsite in Columbia, SC and requires collaboration with architects, managers, and multiple departments to ensure security, reliability, and compliant configurations across Microsoft 365 and related

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field; relevant experience may substitute for the degree.
At least 3 years' experience administering and supporting enterprise endpoint, mobile device, or identity management technologies.
Experience should include Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), Microsoft 365, or comparable enterprise management technologies.

Responsibilities

Manage Microsoft 365 tenant, including identity, security, compliance, and service configurations.
Develop governance policies for Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, Intune, MDM, and Entra ID.
Lead administration of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune, MDM, and Teams.
Configure and monitor Purview compliance tools, OLP, and retention; respond to security incidents.
