Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 progressive years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Mechanical, Electrical, or Biomedical Engineering and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to propose methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to realize product functionality.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Excellent organizational skills, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience with technical writing and English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Participate in engineering activities, such as requirements development, system decomposition, and verification.
• Support executing tasks with minimal oversight while collaborating with more experienced engineers and cross-functional teams for assigned project work.
• Demonstrate developing problem-solving skills, contribute to technical discussions, and assist with investigations and documentation.
• Gather, analyze, and manage system requirements, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and customer needs.
• Apply system engineering tools to carry out root cause investigations and determine corrective action.
• Execute test plans and protocols to verify subsystem/system performance, reliability growth, and safety.
