Job summary

Old Dominion Freight Line, Inc. in Grand Junction, CO, is seeking a Systems Infrastructure Administrator to monitor and maintain the organization’s systems infrastructure, including hardware and software, and to prepare up-to-date documents and reports for customer requests.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and a minimum of 5 years in server technologies, with strong communication, troubleshooting, and collaborative skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum 5 years of server technologies experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong reasoning, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Collaboration and teamwork abilities.
• Experience with cloud services (Azure, Google Cloud, AWS) and storage/virtualization.
• Experience using Visio or similar documentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain systems infrastructure (hardware and software).
• Review documents and prepare up-to-date docs, modes, and reports to meet customer requests.
• Administer and support Active Directory environments.
• Manage and support Okta Identity Cloud and Google Cloud IAM services.
• Administer AWS IAM users, roles, policies, and access controls.
• Enforce IAM security standards and best practices; assist remediation of findings.
• Collaborate with Technical Architects to assist with systems design.
