Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain storage/backup, virtualization, server/OS, end-user computing, and LAN/WAN architectures.
• Provide maintenance, monitoring, disaster recovery, and incident resolution.
• Develop technical roadmaps, designs, testing plans, and production changes.
• Document operations procedures and share knowledge with the team.
