Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare or related field.
• Minimum five years in systems/infrastructure engineering or technical infrastructure support.
• Experience with SAN/NAS storage, backup/DR, virtualization, and LAN/WAN is required.
• Strong knowledge of end-user computing, server/OS administration, and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide design, implementation, and maintenance for storage/backup, virtualization, server/OS, end-user computing, and LAN/WAN administration.
• Develop technical roadmaps, tests, and deployment plans for new infrastructure projects.
• Document operational procedures and mentor junior engineers and admins.
