Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics.
• 2+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, ideally in the Avionics, Radar, RF, Aerospace or related disciplines.
• Passion for innovation and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, development, implementation, and advancement of Honeywell's Next-Generation of Aircraft Weather Radar and related Integrated Avionics technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Flight Operations, ensuring seamless integration of weather radar systems into Flight Test aircrafts focusing on software versions and performance parameter configurations.
• Design and support the execution of flight test plans to validate radar performance under real-world scenarios.
• Analyze flight data to identify potential performance issues and ensure all system requirements are met prior to certification.
• Utilize MATLAB-based simulation tools for modeling and verification.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand customer requirements and provide innovative solutions.
• Systems integration, validation, & verification; MSBE activities and DOORs requirement authoring.
