Job summary

RTX is seeking a Systems Engineer to contribute to innovative signal processing and electronic warfare algorithms. You will assist in developing and testing RF subsystems, evaluating performance, and supporting integration, verification, and field troubleshooting with test equipment.

You will work with IPTLs and engineers to support MATLAB-based evaluations, maintain specifications, and prepare reports and briefings. This role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic defense environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM fields (engineering, physics or CS).
• Experience with data analysis using MATLAB or Python; able to automate workflows.
• Experience troubleshooting electronics with common test equipment (oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer).

Responsibilities

• Develop and modify RF signal processing algorithms and control software.
• Support test plans, simulations, and lab verifications of system capabilities.
• Assist in integration, verification, and field troubleshooting with test equipment.
