Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Systems Engineer Level 1 - Desktop to join the Desktop End User Support team within the IT department in Mason, OH. This role focuses on evaluating and implementing emerging technologies to enhance business operations and user experience.

Responsibilities include leading technology initiatives, analyzing cost-benefit factors, monitoring IT service performance via SLA metrics, and collaborating with various business functions to shape long-term technology strategy.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Windows and/or End User Device Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with Microsoft Intune including device, application, and compliance management.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with scripting (Batch, VBS, PowerShell).

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation, design, prototyping, testing and implementation of emerging technologies.
• Assess and manage technology initiatives with cost-benefit analyses and stakeholder recommendations.
• Develop and improve IT service performance via SLA management and capacity planning.
• Provide technical leadership across business functions and influence long-term tech strategy.
