Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Three years of experience administering Active Directory accounts and managing file permissions.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, design, and support of account lifecycle management and file security permissions.
• Maintain health and security of Active Directory and perform access management.
• Provide Tier 2 support and assist with incident escalation.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation for after-hours support.
• Perform Office 365 administration, provisioning, configuration, and maintenance.
